Mental health becomes really important in today’s generation. The reason I tell this is because of the increasing risk factors yet there being a constant lack of awareness.

When someone is depressed, their thoughts revolve around the same idea that initially brought them down. This cycle never ends; it just keeps going. That melancholy notion serves as the foundation upon which he experiences all other facets of existence. As a result, he is unable to fully experience life as it is.
